Where is my voice :(

I still had my voice this morning...but it is gone tonight. You don't realize how much you use your voice until it's gone.
I did pray that I wouldn't lose my voice before this morning....I had a 45 min powerpoint presentation for the nurse externs. I still had my voice until about noon..and then I could tell it was fading...by 4:30 after 3 hrs of teaching...it was gone.
I'm sitting here watching Jeopardy trying to mouth my answer...it just doesn't seem the same.
