Peaks and Valleys

We all have peaks and valleys in life Sometimes it's tough to see the light when you're in that low point(valley) I didn't sleep well last night God seems to be working on my heart but I'm not sure where he's leading me I have a gnawing anxiety As I was lying in bed the line "Why so downcast O my soul" kept going through my head I got up this morning and there it was in my devotional so here it is

"Why are you downcast, O my soul?
Why so disturbed within me?
Put your hope in God,
for I will yet praise him,
