It wouldn't be mean toward the post You can be honest Tyler but you better get used to hearing that song when the movie comes out this fall :)

My brother died less than 2 years ago of pancreatic cancer. It too had mets to the liver. They told him he had 14 months (wasn't a very pancreatic cancer knowlegdable doctor). He died after 11 heartbreaking weeks. There is an awesome organization called PanCAN that helps people with pancreatic cancer. If you get a chance, please please please refer the patient you spoke to to them. They can be found online at www.pancan.org We wish we'd known about them when my brother was diagnosed. I feel for your patient. 6 months is actually very optimistic for this cancer with mets. I have no idea how I would react, even after going thru it with my brother (he was 38). Thanks

Thank you for your information on PanCan I will definitely give them the website and also the oncology nurses I'm so sorry that you had to go through that with your brother..that had to be very hard
