Day 1 of Conference

Our main speaker for the conference yesterday morning was Elizabeth Edwards. She gave a very emotional speech on healthcare for those who are unable to afford it. She has definitely been dealt some obstacles in her life but seems to have a positive outlook on it.
Last night we went on a dinner cruise on the Potomac. On our way there was a guy jogging in bright pink thermal short underwear...so weird! The cruise was nice. The picture above is the sunset from the boat I took.
Tomorrow we go to the Smithsonian for dinner so I'm looking forward to that :^)
